This ought to be Ju 88A 4D+MR of 7./KG 30 in the Mediterranean - if Ries and Obermaier are correct in their caption on page 167 in "Luftwaffe Rudder Markings 1936-1945", Schiffer, 1991.
This photo of the Ju 88 4D+MR was sold at eBay some time ago this year, which I believe proves that gentlemen Ries and Obermaier are right.
