Bf 109G-6 with Americans ?
I found the atteched profile of a rumanian Bf 109G-6 on a russian site. Now I have some questions:
With this a/c a rumanian pilot brought lt.col. Gunn to Italy. Some sources say itīs Werknummer was 66 130. In the profile you can see 166 139 (?). Was the real Werknummer of 66 130 possibly 166 130? I also have a drawing with Werknummer 166 133.
Which data is correct. Any help will be welcome.
PS: Did US use other Bf 109īs? Are there any profiles, fotos or so?
