Hi,
1.
I believe the Skua is L2963 from 803. Sq Fleet Air Arm which crashed at Froesetskjaeret, Byneset, in connection with the less successful attack on Scharnhorst and Gneisenau (which had already sailed) at Trondheim.
The attack is mentioned in Aeroplane December 2007 in the "Blackburn Skua & Roc Data Base" article. A more in depth article on this particular June 13, 1940, attack can be found in Aeroplane August 2007
More photos and info here:

2.
Sold also last year:

Another photo of this aircraft showing the engine cowling as well, indicates it is an aircraft of I./JG 53 as the "Ace of Spades" emblem on the engine cowling is clearly visible.

The above are not "Stukageschwader 2 Immelmann" Bf 109 Es of course, as it is JG 1.
