German Jagdflieger Kurt?

I am just reading Boris Polewois "Nuremberg Diary", he was Prawda-Journalist at the Nuremberg trials in 1945/46. (Btw he wrote also the roman about Maressjew, the russian pilot without feet)

In the Nuremberg book he describes his german driver (He had an own car with driver). The drivers first name was Kurt, Fighterpilot at the north eastern front, Oberleutnant and holder of the "Eiserne Kreuz". Later in the war he was shot down by russian fighters and managed to get on own airfield, but suffered bad woundings, especially burnings. He was an inhabitant of Nuremberg already before the war started. His hair colour was blond.

I have already checked JG-54 loss list and found no suitable Kurt.

Any help to get his whole identity? Maybe JG-5?
