It is what I would call a booklet, a 36 page softcover, special issue from Aerofan, which means it was NOT part of the actual magazine they printed. No publication date listed unfortunately, but I think it is at least 20 years old by now. Very hard to tell
I doubt it is possible to get it from Giorgio, but possibly from a second hand market in Italy.
