Post He-111 "IH+BK" shot down on 09.04.1940
Hello friends,

I´m looking for the circumstances of the loss of a He-111 IH+BK belonging to KG 26 on 09.04.1940 near Christiansand. Was the a/c shot down by AA fire (friendly fire?)?

After ditching the crew (Major SCHÄPER, Oberleutnant HIPPEL, 3 man) was taken by the german Minesweeper "M 1" and brought to Christiansand.
