According this site
http://www.cbi-history.com/part_xvi_a.html the only air victory of the IAF in WW II was by a Hurricane of No. 6 Squadron (shot down a Japanese Oscar in Feb. 44). If so, you can rule out a victory by a Vengeance for the IAF...
