These are 12 positive colorized B&W film 'slides', rather than negatives, which have deteriorated almost to chromatic red. They are part of the many tourist trap items sold in the 1950-1960s at Waikiki. Hope you get them at the cheap end of the bidding. All are available from the National Archives or Naval Historical Center in better quality prints.
