http://www.raf.mod.uk/history_old/hurri5.html shows a Hurricane in a pen, but it looks not to be tethered down. On page 8 of story, it looks there's a Hurricane tied down with steel chains, but not in a pen, on an airfield in Burma.
Both conditions, but alas not together!
