A drizzle of V-1s over Denmark.

Hi,

I have two problems, which might be interrelated.

1. In the months of MAR and APR 1945 a few V-1s crashed in Denmark. These events were anticipated since the commander of the Wehrmacht in Denmark as early as 28 FEB 1945 issued a directice on how to deal with "stray V-1s". Where on earth (or air) did these missiles come from?

2. We have found resistance reports and infrastructure, which indicate that FlH Grove as a minimum was prepared to support airborne V-1 operations. Please see: http://www.gyges.dk/fliegerhorst_grove16.htm which is a pile of circumstantial evidence, but no proof.

Can anyone please enlighten my on these two issues?

PS. I have over the past few month been in touch with a number of eminent V-1 and airfield infrastructure experts, which have provided great help, but nothing conclusive, so we need to address the issue from an operational/ULTRA perspective.
