great volume-I have only just started to read it, but it is what I have expected.
just one question: do you know why Ian Allen has chosen to make yours a two volume paperback while Christer´s books have become single volume hardback books?
your two magnificent volumes would have been better also put into a single HB volume, but that is just my two cents...
anyhow, thanks for that magnificent work...
