hi, and help !! (info on Karl Werner Wirtz)
Hi everyone, i came accross this site while to trying to trace my wife's Father's luftwaffe history, ive been scouring the net for a while now on and off but not found anything, all we know is his name, Karl Werner Wirtz, and that he was shot down quite early in the conflict and was held prisoner at Broadbridge Heath near Horsham in sussex, i cant even find any mention of a pow camp there lol, and thats all we know cos he didnt like talking about the war, any help would be a great help
