This photo is showing what I believe is the emblem from ErgGr JG 54. A similar photo is published on p.196 in "Die Flugzeugführer-Ausbildung der Deutschen Luftwaffe 1935-1945 Band II, Carlsen and Meyer, VDM - Captioned as taken at Siwerskaya in December 1941.
