That site is a fantastic coollection of information but, inevitably, there are some holes and FK IV headquarters is one of them. Since posting my request I have discovered the headquarters was in Poltava in April and Dnepropetrovsk in May. If any one has any further information about FK IV and FK I in early 1943 I would still be interested.
