I have that Feldwebel Friedrich-Karl Frank of 7./JG 4 bailed out wounded from his Fw 190 A-8/R8 "Yellow 8" (W.Nr. 681 323) over Weipert after claiming a B-17 four-engined bomber at 12:15 south of Chemnitz at 8,300 meters on 11 September 1944. No idea on who or what shot him down. At
