Don't have much for you, but here's something: In "The B-24/PB4Y in Combat - The World's Greatest Bomber," by Rhodes Arnold, Bob Beitling, and Al Blue (published by Pima Paisano Publications, no date; ISBN 0-9619253-3-7), there is a chronological table of B-24 losses; for 8 June 1944, it lists two: 42-94927 with 493 BG, and 42-109830 with 446 BG. No information about locations or times.
