From NVM I have 550211 8-6-44 Raum Cherbourg and 550213 0n 5-7-1944 which may have fallen to a 456 Sqd Crew at 0010hrs.
The only 4 engine loss I have for 5-7-44 was a Fw 200 shot down by a P-38 near Fl.Horst Cognac with 1 dead, and three wounded taken to Hospital at Saintes but that is too far south.
Could 0948 be 0048 like Stig I could not find 0948 ?
