Thanks for your additional information, guys. I am led to believe that technically speaking, the H-1 was designed as a reconnaissaince bomber... but apparently was only used in the former role.

I also understand that some 'H' machine went towards the Mistel programme, but if so, I imagine they were perhaps modified, as I too have never seen anything other than the 'G' style squared-off tailplane on the 'stretched' Mistel variant, which was apparently the G-10 sub-type.
