My college is putting up a memorial to the Poles who trained with 58 OTU, so I have been looking over my old Polish research and trying to add a detail here or there for a display. Horby has been a pet project for a number of years, I have a Polish father-in-law and one day...maybe ...when my kids have grown up, and I'm not working all hours I will get an article together! I note that he an Zumbach are supposed to have fallen out over a woman which prompted his transfer to 302. With incidents like that it's no wonder I am fascinated by the Poles!
