Emil WNr0854 JG51 then JG5 Pavenzinger pics wanted
Has anyone data, photos etc of Me109E WNr0854 prior to when it met its demise at Podgomo Lake, Petsamo,Russian Border with 2/JG5. Built as an E-3 on 13 feb 1939 and flown by Georg Pavenzinger. Not sure if he flew it in BoB. It was with JG51 in the BoB.
Any info much appreciated. Any pics of Pavenzinger's a/c in BoB also welcome.
Bit of a long shot but 12 oclock High the best place to try.
