Pilot: Unteroffizier Hans Werner [POW]
Mechanics: Oberfeldwebel Ferdinand Hüttenmeister [KIA], Obergefreiter Hermann Bader [KIA], Gefreiter Heinrich Lein [?] [fate unknown], and Gefreiter Heinz Radden [POW].
