Perhaps you've found the record of Georg Josef Morgen on
www.volksbund.de already?
It says he was born on 6.4.1914 at Kutten (= Kütten near Halle?) and died/disappeared on 4.3.1943 at Dzuchin (Djurim).
These are German spellings for a town in Ukraine.
His body wasn't recovered and his burial place is believed to be near Winniza (Vinnytsia), Ukraine.
