Wellington hit on 5th March 1943

I am trying to identify the FULL crew of W/C Dudley Henderson Burnside´s crew on the night of 4/5 March 1943. They were flying a Wellington Mk III which was hit by Flak. One crew was killed and another one injured. I would like to obtain, if available:
1- The serial number of this Wellington as well the squadron´s codes.
2- The names of the other members of the crew ( particularly the airman killed and the injured one as well )
