I'm afraid I can't actually answer your specific question, but i would imagine whatever is in that particular file would be covered by Ulf Balke's two volume set of books on the history and diary of KG 2. As he lives in Freiburg, i'm sure he had access to this particular file and would have included its contents in the books.
