You already have mentioned that you have seen it before but your best bet that I am aware of to discover which particular types were used by the various units is the
Flugzeugbestand und Bewegungsmeldungen at www.ww2.dk/oob/bestand/flugbew.htm For what I have been able to note, there was at least one Fw 190 A-4 listed as being on the strength of both I. and II./JG 54 as late as December 1944. It appears that the Stabsstaffel of JG 51, which was the only Fw 190 unit of JG 51 by mid-1944, began equipping with the Fw 190 A-8 from July 1944. For what it is worth I hope this helps you.
