Judy is being modest for both Jerry and herself about the D-13. Way back “when” in the 1970s, Jerry was heavily involved in the D-13 salvage efforts from a junkyard in Atlanta, GA. I think this might have even been before Judy? Anyway, he and Judy were very much involved in the restoration efforts including dealing with the USAF about the right parts. Jerry also designed the restoration paint scheme to be accurate. The Crandalls have been involved in restoration work for a long time. Salute!
