Do you know the exact day of promotion of the following pilots
Cotesworth B. Head, Jr. to Capt
Robert B. Westbrook, Jr. to LtCol
I am interested in US Aces and unfortunately the data and details about them are not mentioned by Frank Olynyk in his book Stars and Bars.
