Hi,

I am looking for the pilot of a Stuka in which Rudolf Wahn (born 23-01-1922) flew and was killed around the date 19-03-1943. He (and most probaly the pilot) was killed in action in the area of Poltawa airfield (Russia).

Rudolf Wahn was a radio operator/ gunner in 7./Stuka-Geschwader 2 "Immelmann". The famous unit of Hans Ulrich Rudel. Wahn was posthumously awarded the German Cross in Gold, so most probably also the pilot got one (or maybe a higher award).
