Jeffrey, Dobrumil Spinka is listed in the book Mnozi Nedoleteli but the author Frantisek Loucky was not able to find a photo of him. He was from Zachrastany (born 05/02/1920) and was shot down in Wellington Z1167. (Sorry I can't do the hacek and other Czech accents!)
