An aviation bookseller in the western US I know states that these books have a US distributor. He's checking into this. If he's right and can get the books, I can let you know if you remind me in about a week. I actually found Vol 2 from a bookseller on US Amazon.com, and have it on order. Unfortunately no Vol 1
