I am afraid it is not there or I cannot find it. Google search provides lots of results describing those tests, but I cannot nail down the report itself. Finding Davis airfoil characteristics was a hard nut as well.
Me too was writing.
Yes, I know that NACA turned NASA, but finding no information on their site, I am not sure where else to look.
