Major Zamkomesk Tikhomirov Foma, 16.GIAP
Does anyone have more info on this person "Тихомиров Фома"? He was shot down and killed near his units airfield at Todoreny / Bessarabia on 30th of June 1944.
I strongly suspect that he was the victim of a german Recconaissance pilot, Unteroffizier Freitag from 2. Staffel of Nahaufklärungsguppe 14. He claimed a kill on that datein the questionable area.
