According to Air Britains RAF Aircraft X1000-X9999/Z1000-Z9999, your
Z5145 collided with Z5864 (a BlenheimIV) over Lybster, Caithness on 27.8.1941. It was not struck off charge until 3.10.1944 so it seems to have lingered on somewhere perhaps waiting to be repaired, which never took place.
