Yes, as far as I'm aware, they would have been the same on the uppersurfaces. Just be aware, though, that sometimes the demarkation around the engine cowlings/nacelles and the fuselage area under the leading and trailing areas of the wing, could be 'pointed' in appearance, as opposed to the 'curved' or 'rounded' edges on the Do17Z, for example. A good place to see an example of the 'pointed' appearance on cowlings is http://www.luftarchiv.de/

Select 'Motorflugzeuge' on the left panel, then 'Dornier', then Do215. When you get on to that page, scroll right down to the bottom and you'll see some colour profiles. I think the first two show the 'pointed' edge the to cowlings/nacelles.
