In our database of 27,000 Luftwaffe officers, we have no one by the name of G. Dresse. Are you certain of the spelling? Any clues about the unit?

The closest we have are:

DRESE, ? . 16.08.44 Hptm., III./NJG 6.
DRESSLER, Georg. (DOB: 06.10.92). 01.09.39 IIa/Luftgaukdo. VI (still 03.45). 01.04.42 promo to Oberst.
