The two books by Held would appear to be reprints, both the titles and the page numbers being the same as for the original printings.

And, Steinhoff's two books are also almost certainly reprints-- the first one concerns the fighter pilots' mutiny in the last days of the war (I can't remember the title just now), and the 2nd has the English title "Straits of Messina."

If you haven't read these books, they were well worth getting, but they have been out before.
