The prefix "9" would seem to indicate an engine rather than airframe component. That said, I think the German text is roughly that the wing sets are interchangeable. One of our German friends will confirm the absolute translation I am sure.

Are you sure this is Me 109 and not Fw 190?

Can we see a photo or scan of the actiual plate?
