Hi,
It's just a combination of film type used and lighting. The yellow on the patches in the photo are nearer to ochre than the yellow of 'real life'.
Galland's fliegerbluse was privately purchased, was a finer fabric than standard issue, and was a lighter shade of Luftwaffe blue-grey than standard issue. Try to find a photo of him stood with others and you will see the colour differences.
