The Library of Congress replied that they do not hold any magazines (however, my request was for Luftflotte Südost only), but I am referred to
the German National Library at
http://www.d-nb.de/eng/index.htm that holds the serial. And I just checked for Luftflotte Nordost and it looks like they have that as well .. http://d-nb.info/013894307
