It is TP-Q. I asked the seller for the serial and he read ..545.
It could be P2545 that was used later by Überführungskommando in Joachimstal 29.04.1943 (information from: Hurricane w obcej sluzbie - Hurricane in Foreign Service by Miroslaw Wawrzynski, AJaKS, page 26).
