No news to report, just some reassurance. Consider this:
- The KG 1 volume appeared in 2000 and contained an advert for the KG 2 volume.
- The KG 2 volume appeared in 2003 and contained an advert for the LG 1 volume.
- The LG 1 volume appeared in 2007 and contained an advert for the KG 3 volume.
If the pattern holds, we might see the KG 3 volume next year.
