No idea from where Radtke got his details. What I can surmise, since the Ju 88 usually carried a four-man crew and your list only states three individuals, is that Radtke somewhere found the fourth guy. But he could also just simply be wrong....
By the way, when did Luftwaffe change their multiseat practice that the actual pilot did not need to be in command of the aeroplane? This date we have here sounds too late for that, but otherwise the Oberleutnant did not necessarily have to be the pilot.
If your scan is the Quarter Master report, it certainly looks like you got one point and Radtke nill!
