Wetterberatungszentrale d.Lw. 1602 was assigned Feldpostnummer L 61690 on 05.01.45. No further information.
I recommend you contact the Deutscher Wetterdienst in Offenbach (
http://www.dwd.de/ ) and ask them. There were many hundreds of these tiny Luftwaffe weather units (6 to 8 guys and 1 or 2 trucks) and they cannot be traced in the surving Luftwaffe records. But whatever you do, do not tell them you are a "collector" or they probably will not help you.
