107 Sqn loss 06 Dec 42

Hi guys,I am trying to find out a bit of information regarding an aircraft that was (I presume) shot down over Eindhoven on the night of 06 Dec 1942. As far as I know it was a Boston III form 107 Sqn attacking the Phillips Works Main plant. The crew was Wg Cdr P H Dutton, Flt Lt R W McCarthy, Flt Lt N H Shepherd and Plt Off L Delanchy.I know the first 3 members of the crew are listed on the Runnymeade Memorial however Plt Off Delanchy isn't even though he was lost on the same mission in the same a/c. I know he was Free French, but is this common practice by the CWGC? Surely they should be remembered together.Would anybody have anymore details on the mission or perhaps Wg Cdr Dutton? Thanks
