Atcham ORB says "Spifire of 131 Sqdn apparently failed to see Magister on the runway and collided with it when just airborne and killed two occupants of Master."

P/O P Chubb (not Chub) was one of them but I cannot confirm the name of the other. I am sure that someone else can!
