Hello all,
I agree with ClinA-78 as I do have a cylinder of a Pratt and Whitney and it looks like pretty much the same as those visible on the picture. Especially the location of the bolts at the base of the (torn away) valve covers.
Apart from that it seems to be a four bladed proplellor...
