Maschine Kanone (MK) did not exist in the Luftwaffe in 1940. Anything 20 mm or over was Maschine Gewehr (MG). Hence the 20 mm cannon in the Bf 109 andf Bf 110 were MG-FF and MG-FF/M.
MK as a designation came later in the war.
