As one of the responsibles of the above website listed by Frankies, I can say that you may find what you search in the database.

You can search it by date, location, country (of the lost aircraft) or type. Or a combination of the above

Roughly 8500 of the 13500 entries are complete with sources (that often include website that will have more informations and pictures).
