Re: Ju-88H tail
Agreeing the Ju 88 H-1 did use A-4 / D-1 tail unit (and were conversions of D-1 W.Nr. 0880430xxx range fuselages - with Gondola deleted - and flush entry hatch* fitted), the wings however seem like taken from Ju 88 R-2 or G-1 series (BMW 801 engines). Note the hot-air outlet from wing anti-ice system and shape of smaller u/c doors are same as seen on the G-1 / 6 series. A quick search on HD did not produce one image.
*As a sidenote, I recently found part of one such flush hatch (off an D series fuselage) and it was NOT the same shape as the "normal" Ju 88 A-17 or Ju 88 G-6 had.
