You can allready rule out 423 Sqn RCAF, its Sunderland flew more west (over the Atlantic) and reported no attack this day (source: ORB From 541).
404 Sqn RCAF also didn't report any attacks but lost two aircraft and crew this day in a collision (source:

In this area 407 and 422 Sqn RCAF were also present with Coastal Command.
I guess you know already that "Hessa" was used for the Shetland Bus between Norway and the Shetlands.
